Boutique Hotel Albana Real - Restaurants & Spa - Zermatt

This place suits me perfectly-great wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and attentive staff. I remember how they helped me find my lost ID on my first stay. Enjoy the good meals! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Everything was simply really good. Really enjoyed my very special stay during our 6 nights. The location was incredibly comfortable for me as it was not far from desert, the Albana Real and all the top ski areas. It also was to the "Wellness " area.

Location not far from restaurants. For shots visit Harry's Ski Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Great breakfast and excellent food selection...

Lovely rooftop views

Waking up to the amazing view of the Matterhorn each morning was pure bliss. The staff were great.

Unfortunately, we faced a few noisy nights due to nearby celebrations, which slightly disrupted our sleep. The overall experience was still lovely.

The location was stunning, just next door to the downtown area, the restaurants and the magnificent mountain. Moreover, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Stellisee👌

Hotel was very idyllic and rooms were comfortable. Location was good what comes to ski buses and city center. Transfer from train station was well organized, but no mention about the price earlier than in the invoice. :( Breakfast was good. Nice hotel in overall!

Minibar was charged unnecessarily, due to fact that we used it for our own refreshments as well. :(

Overall dining experience could use improvement. I enjoyed the French and Thai restaurants, both offering delicious meals, but the breakfast options felt a bit limited on variety, surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

It's a QUAINT trendy boutique hotel nestled in a classic style building. The superior queen room is well-kept and has coffee/tea making equipment, a multi-channel television, and a seating area. The venue is set in a particularly good and perfect location so close to the Japanese restaurant, and the ski lift.

The rooms! The bar down stears is also very nice.

The spa area could have been bigger.

The Boutique Hotel Albana Real, Restaurants & Spa offered seamless service, from the attentive staff ready to assist with my business needs to the excellent dining options. I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfasts that featured freshly baked pastries, organic juices, and a great selection of fine cheeses. The spacious room provided a comfortable workspace, and the well-maintained spa was a perfect way to unwind after my meetings.

The drink prices were on the higher side.

Two good restaurants as part of the hotel. Indoor smoking room for those who are addicted - better than shivering outside. Lovely location - free transport to from and to the station. Excellent and helpful staff.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place with a perfect view of the magnificent mountain. Private safe, minibar, and central heating available in the double room. - Satisfactory breakfast items. - Welcoming staff.

Staff was friendly, easy access to the lifts, nice breakfast buffet and bar.

Hotel facilities not at 4* level. Rooms and bathrooms are small, room could have been cleaned better. Service provided are expensive (e.g. 12 CHF per person for 5 min transfer to the station, while taxi took 25 CHF for 5 people at night). Price / quality not compelling
